The PDM Series is a horizontal wet media grinding mill engineered for high-efficiency circulation grinding using smaller bead sizes. Designed for demanding industrial environments, it delivers reliable particle size reduction with consistent process performance.

At the heart of the system is IEC+’s advanced pegged-disc grinding technology, optimised to ensure uniform bead distribution through controlled centrifugation. This design maximises energy transfer during grinding while maintaining stable product flow.

A tungsten carbide pin-fitted dynamic classifier, combined with a large static separation screen, ensures efficient bead separation and steady throughput. The mill’s silicon carbide grinding chamber provides excellent thermal conductivity and abrasion resistance. Adaptable to both pass and circulation grinding, the PDM Series processes products with viscosities up to 5,000 cP, achieving nano-range particle sizes with controlled energy use.
